I gather you were a star in retrieving the FENSA certificate today. Huge thanks for that. I couldn’t see it anywhere when I was there but I had my mind on other things.

I’ve left you glowing reviews on both google and Facebook. You deserve them, you have really earned your commission on this one. It’s been a long journey, hasn’t it? Those poxy skanky horrible tenants! There were times when I thought I was never going to sell the place. However, big thanks to you (everybody of course but especially you) it’s now done.

It’s early days and I’m undecided whether to move the money over here but if I decide to re-invest in Hastings, I’ll be knocking on your door.

It has been a joy working with you on this, thank you so much for all your efforts. I will certainly pop in if my path takes me through Hastings again.
