Studies have found that the use of aerial photography in the marketing of a property helped to reduce the time it takes to sell a property when compared to just having normal photos. 

We find this particularly to be the case with country properties where professional drone photography can give prospective purchasers a good understanding of how the property sits in its surroundings.
