Meet The Team

Colin Siggs JP Director

Colin has been an Estate Agent since 1985, when he came to Hastings in 1991, where he then followed his ambition of opening up Just Property in 2001. Colin is known to be the oldest agent remaining in the town (not that we mention that often!) and being the Director, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. His main goal is to get our clients successfully moved, and deals with the majority of the sales progression. He is known across the town as the ‘Sledgehammer’ because of his sheer determination to get the sales across the line. We can almost guarantee that you know someone who knows Colin, whether that be from his after care service, or just because he’s been around forever!

Issey Siggs JP Partner

Issey has been an Estate Agent since 2016 and has only worked for JP, following her dads’ footsteps, she has worked her way up to her current position being a Partner of the company. From making coffees and sweeping the floor, she has progressed throughout her career and is now one of the main inbound members of the team who predominantly deal with matching applicants to properties, negotiating sales and progressing them to a successful exchange of contracts. Issey is based in the Hastings branch and is considered the backbone to the day-to-day running’s, there isn’t anything that gets passed her!!

Austin Grout JP Partner

Austin has been an integral part of the team for many years, working alongside Colin and playing a key role in the success of the firm. As a Partner, Austin brings a wealth of experience and a personable approach that helps clients navigate the sales process with confidence and ease. His expertise ensures that every valuation is conducted with precision, while his approachable nature helps to alleviate the stress often associated with selling a property.

Covering all the Hastings, Bexhill and Fairlight offices, Austin is always on the move—often joking that he never has time for a cup of tea! Known for his quick wit and ability to bring laughter to any situation, he is the heart of the office, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both colleagues and clients.

Outside of work, Austin’s passion lies on the football pitch, and mentoring others, where his competitive spirit and teamwork skills extend beyond the office.

Ben Howell Fairlight Branch Manager

Ben has extensive experience as an Estate Agent locally and has become a very important and valued member of the Just Property Country team. As the Branch Manager of Fairlight, he especially enjoys working in the rural areas that our Fairlight Office covers and is keen to get to know the residents within the village and surrounding areas. Being the only agent in the village, Just Country Property covers not only the village of Fairlight but also the idyllic locations surrounding us.

Kyle Logan Hastings Branch Manager

Kyle is Hastings born and bred and has been a dedicated member of JP for many years. His loyalty to the firm has seen him gain experience in all aspects of the business, and he is now based in the Hastings Office alongside Issey. He primarily focuses on matching applicants to properties, negotiating sales, and progressing transactions to a successful exchange of contracts. When he's not at work, you'll likely find him at the gym!

Ollie Cook Bexhill Branch Manager

With some of Ollie’s family members already being in the industry, he has always had an involvement with property. Since leaving college, he has been working for JP ever since and has worked his way up to a highly valuable member of the team with him now being both a valuer and viewing coordinator. With Ollie being born and bred in Hastings, he has built up a considerable amount of local knowledge and has a great understanding in the local area.

Ashley Hodd Sales Progressor

Ashley is a well-established estate agent with a long and successful career covering all areas of Hastings, Bexhill, and the surrounding villages. His extensive experience in the property market has made him a trusted and knowledgeable figure, helping countless clients find their dream homes and navigate the complexities of buying and selling property.

Outside of his professional life, Ashley is a dedicated family man who treasures time spent with his children. He is also a passionate sports enthusiast, enjoying both playing and watching football and rugby. Additionally, he finds relaxation and excitement in paddleboarding, making the most of any opportunity to get out on the water and enjoy the outdoors.

Harry Woodhams Sales Negotiator

Harry has had a passion for sales and real estate from a very young age. Growing up in America, he was surrounded by substantial properties which kickstarted his passion to become an Estate Agent. When offered the opportunity to work for such a renowned agency such as JP, he jumped at the opportunity. He is a Sales Negotiator and provides an excellent service, whether that be co-ordinating viewings as well as enjoying the office-based roles too. Outside of the office, Harry spends most of his time with friends & family as well as having a passion for music, being a novice guitarist.

Hadley Skilton Sales Negotiator

Hadley has only recently embarked on his journey in the estate agency profession, he’s far from a novice in the world of property. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in real estate, with his father and several family friends boasting extensive experience in the field, Hadley developed a keen interest in property from a young age. When he’s not at work helping clients find their dream homes, you can find Hadley enjoying quality time at the gym with friends. He’s also an avid football fan, often cheering on his favourite teams. Whether it’s in the office or on the field, Hadley’s enthusiasm and dedication shines through in everything he does.

Sarah Dixon Administrator

Sarah has worked with Colin as his PA for many years and has been at Just Property since the very beginning in 2001. She loves working in the Fairlight Office and is always free for a cuppa if you’re passing.

Kevin Cornell Viewing Coordinator

Kevin is the grandad of the team and has recently joined us part time to accommodate viewings across all three offices. Before coming out of retirement, he was the top salesman for a well-known brewery for many years, so his knowledge in sales is certainly unmatched and we are very lucky to have him by our side to learn from him.

Jessica Masters Company Secretary

Jess is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. She handles organising EPCs for new properties, answering general enquiries, and making sure the sales attributes shine above the rest. Jess also assists in organising viewings and valuations, ensuring every step of the process is smooth and efficient. She also prepares marketing brochures for our clients, ensuring that maximum exposure is achieved. Outside of the office, you will likely find Jess enjoying the beach or volunteering with local Scout groups, embracing her passion for community and the outdoors.
